Booking Request Form

Please use this form to book the function room for private events.

Please fill out this request, and we will contact you to confirm availability, and send you a booking form for you to specify your exact requirements.

When the order is accepted,  a deposit of 50% will be required by bank transfer.  

Please note:

• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than 1 month before your event.
• The options below are all separate but can overlap, so for example you can book the room from 3pm – 10pm to allow for early setup and clean-up, but only have the bar open from 6pm – 9pm.
• Disabled access and Toilet are available.
• Opening Times are 9am every morning.
• Closing times are Sun-Thu are 10pm and Fri-Sat 11pm
• The maximum capacity of the room is 80 people.
• Shareholders receive 20% discount.

Function Room Hire Options

• Room Hire £10 per hour.
• Bar Hire £20 per hour (min 2 Hrs).
• Room Hire with Bar Fri, Sat – 5pm onwards £45 p.h. (min 3 Hrs).
• Kitchen Hire £5 per hour.
