The Function Room bar is now open every Saturday 12:30 until close. (unless there is a private party). Prices are very reasonable with Stella only £4.50 a pint, house doubles £5

It is no longer a members only club, and is open to everyone. Families welcome, children up to 9pm. Dogs permitted if on lead.

Takeaways can be ordered and eaten, including Fish and Chips purchased nearby. Plates and cutlery provide free.

The Function Room seats 80, and has a fully stocked bar, so is ideal for parties, music, and family events, such as birthdays, wedding receptions, as well as wakes and funeral gatherings.

It can be hired without a bar for activities such as yoga, club meetings, dance lessons etc.

The front bar is still closed, and is a grade 2 listed building with a leaking roof. We need people and companies in the community to buy shares and invest in the society, so it does not become derelict.

With sufficient investment we can make the urgent roof repairs and other work needed to open the front bar.

When you buy a share you can then vote as a member of the society, and help decide the future of the building, as well as get discount on the function room hire.
